Roadway Community Meeting - July 25th @ the Pool!
Dear Avocado Grove Residents,
As we prepare for the final phase of the roadway improvement project, we invite all residents to attend a community information meeting hosted by Crystal Vasquez of Pave-It.
📅 Date: Saturday
🕣 Time: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
📍 Location: Community Pool
During this meeting, Crystal will review the upcoming roadway sealing process, explain what residents can expect, answer questions, and discuss how the project will affect access throughout the community.
The upcoming seal coat phase is the most disruptive portion of the project.
Residents who will need to drive on the day their street is scheduled for sealing must pre-stage their vehicles outside of the affected area before work begins. Once the seal coat is applied, vehicles will not be permitted on the roadway until the surface has fully cured.
The current project schedule is:
July 27: Final roadway preparation
August 4–6: Roadway seal coat application
Detailed maps and section schedules will be distributed before work begins.
If you have any questions, concerns, or would simply like to better understand the process, we strongly encourage you to attend the meeting.

8月4日至8月6日： 道路封层施工
详细地图及各区域施工时间表将在施工开始前发放。

Mientras nos preparamos para la etapa final del proyecto de mejoras de las calles, invitamos a todos los residentes a asistir a una reunión informativa dirigida por Crystal Vasquez de Pave-It.

🕣 Hora: 8:30 a. m. – 9:30 a. m.
📍 Lugar: Piscina de la comunidad
Durante la reunión, Crystal explicará el proceso de sellado de las calles, responderá preguntas y hablará sobre cómo este trabajo afectará el acceso a la comunidad.
La fase de sellado será la parte más disruptiva del proyecto.
Los residentes que necesiten utilizar su vehículo el día en que se selle su calle deberán estacionarlo fuera del área afectada antes de que comiencen los trabajos. Una vez aplicado el sellador, no se permitirá el tránsito de vehículos hasta que la superficie haya curado completamente.
Calendario actual del proyecto:
27 de julio: Preparación final de las calles
Del 4 al 6 de agosto: Aplicación del sellador
Los mapas y cronogramas detallados se distribuirán antes del inicio de los trabajos.
