Important: Update Your Payment Information
If you currently pay your HOA assessments using your bank’s bill pay service, please make sure to:
Update the new remittance/mailing address, and
Use your new account number, which is listed on your latest billing statement.
Failing to update this information may result in delayed or misdirected payments.
For Residents Using ACH Auto-Pay (Direct Debit)
If your payments were previously set up through ACH Auto-Pay with the former management company, please:
Confirm with them that your auto-payments have been cancelled.
(The old bank account is no longer active and cannot accept payments.)
If you want to continue using ACH Auto-Pay:
Visit portal.optimumpm.com to enroll, or
Fill out the enclosed ACH Application and return it to Optimum with a voided check.
